This guide explains how to view your competition results, scores, nominations, awards, and certificates.
When Results Are Available
- Results are released by the organizer
- Usually after each section completes or at end of day
- You'll only see results for sections that have been released
- Check back after your performance
Note: Some events use "podium thresholds" - minimum scores required for placements. If this is enabled, you'll see a blue banner explaining the requirements.
Results Page Tabs
The Results page has three main tabs:

Results Tab
Grouped by Section:
Results are organized by section (Age Division • Level • Style • Performance Type)
For Each Entry:

| Rank | Your placement (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) |
| Entry # | Your entry number |
| Routine Name | Name of your piece |
| Score | Average of all judge scores (e.g., 85.50) |
Tie-Aware Ranking:
- If entries have the same score, they share the same rank
- Next rank is skipped (e.g., two 1st places, no 2nd place)
- With podium thresholds, entries must meet minimum scores for podium positions

Expandable Score Details:
Click any entry to see:
- Individual judge scores
- Scores for each criterion (Technique, Choreography, etc.)
- Judge comments (if enabled)
Search and Filter:
- Search by routine name, entry number, or studio
- Filter by specific sections
- Clear filters to see all results
Awards Tab
Types of Awards:

| High Score Awards | Highest scores in sections |
| Section Placements | 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each section |
Section Winners:
- Gold (1st Place) - Gold badge
- Silver (2nd Place) - Silver badge
- Bronze (3rd Place) - Bronze badge
Certificates Tab
Certificate Types:

Finding Certificates:
- Summary shows Gold/Silver/Bronze counts
- Click counts to filter by type
- Grid displays all your certificates
Certificate Cards Show:
- Certificate type badge with trophy icon
- Placement (1st/2nd/3rd Place)
- Score achieved
- Routine name
- Dancer names
- Studio name
- Section category
Viewing and Downloading:
- Click "View Certificate" on any card
- Preview opens with full certificate
- Click "Download" to save as PDF
- Print or share as needed
Understanding Score Systems
Points-Based Scoring:
- Numerical scores (e.g., 85.5 out of 100)
- Average of all judge totals
- Formatted to 2 decimal places
Category Scoring:
- Score converts to category (Platinum, Gold, Silver, etc.)
- Thresholds set by event organizer
- Category shown alongside numerical score
Podium Thresholds (if enabled):
Some events require minimum scores for placements:
- 1st Place: Score ≥ 95 (configurable)
- 2nd Place: Score ≥ 90
- 3rd Place: Score ≥ 85
If your score doesn't meet the threshold, you may not receive that placement even if ranked in the top 3.
Judge Feedback
Judges may provide written comments including:
- Technique observations
- Performance highlights
- Areas for improvement
- Suggestions for growth
Where to find feedback:
- Expand your entry in the Results tab
- Look for "Comments" section
- May be per-judge or combined

What You Can Download:
- Individual certificates (PDF)
- Complete results summary
Sharing:
- Screenshots of results
- Certificate PDFs
- Social media friendly formats
