If you see a message that registration is closed or the event is not available, here is what it means.
Possible Messages
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| "Registration for this event has closed" | The organiser has stopped accepting new registrations |
| "This event has been cancelled" | The event is no longer taking place |
| "Registration is not currently available" | The event may not be published yet, or registration has not opened |
| "Entries closed on [date]" | The deadline for submitting entries has passed |
| "This event is in progress" | The event has started. Only judge registration may still be available |
What You Can Do
Registration Closed:
- Contact the event organiser to ask if late registration is possible
- The organiser can add studios, dancers, or entries manually even after registration closes
Event Cancelled:
- Contact the organiser for information about refunds or rescheduling
- Cancelled events cannot be registered for
Event In Progress:
- If you are a judge, you can still register during the event (judges may be added on the day)
- Studios and dancers cannot register once the event has started
Not Yet Available:
- The event may be in draft mode. Check back later or contact the organiser for the expected registration opening date
