Once you create an event using the wizard, you manage it from the Event Dashboard. This is where you refine settings, add branding, invite judges, build the schedule, and publish.
Accessing the Event Dashboard
From the Organizer Dashboard, click on any published or active event to open its Event Dashboard. Draft events open in the wizard instead.
Event Dashboard Sidebar
The Event Dashboard has a sidebar with two groups:

- Dashboard: Stats, quick-action cards, shareable links, plus Studios/Dancers/Entries/Judges tabs

Event Branding
From the Branding page in the sidebar, you can add visual branding to your event:
Event Logo:
- Upload a logo image (PNG, JPG, or SVG, max 1 MB)
- The logo appears on your event pages
- You can change or remove the logo at any time
Colour Scheme:
- Choose from 6 quick presets: Blue, Purple, Green, Red, Teal, Orange
- Or set custom colours for:
- Primary Colour: Main brand colour
- Secondary Colour: Supporting colour
- Accent Colour: Highlight colour
- Each colour has a colour picker and a hex code text input
Completion Checklist
A sidebar checklist tracks your progress across all sections, showing which are complete and which still need attention. Use this as a guide to ensure your event is fully configured before publishing.
View and Edit Modes
The Event Editor operates in two modes:
- View Mode: Shows all your event data as read-only
- Edit Mode: Allows you to modify settings
Toggle between modes using the button at the top right of the editor. If you have unsaved changes when switching, you'll be warned before losing them. A Save button appears in Edit Mode when you have unsaved changes.
Publishing Your Event
Once you're satisfied with all settings:
- Ensure all required sections are complete (check the completion checklist)
- Publish the event from the dashboard
- Published events become visible to studios and dancers (if also marked as public)
- Registration can then be opened for studios to begin submitting entries
