This step is optional. Configure spectator ticket types, pricing, and capacity for each competition day.
How Ticketing Works
- The wizard automatically generates one ticket day for each date between your start and end dates
- You define ticket types (e.g., General Admission, VIP, Kids, Pensioner) with individual prices
- Ticket types apply to all event days. You configure them once
- Each day has a total capacity (shared across all ticket types)
- Spectators choose a ticket type and day when purchasing
Day Capacity
For each competition day, set the total number of tickets available:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Day Label | Auto-generated (e.g., "Mon 15 Mar"), not editable |
| Available Seats | Total tickets available for this day (across all types) |
Capacity can exceed venue capacity. The organiser is responsible for managing this.
Ticket Types
Define the types of tickets you want to sell:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Type Name | e.g., General Admission, VIP, Kids, Pensioner |
| Price | The price for this ticket type (in your event currency) |
You must have at least one ticket type. A "General Admission" type is created by default. You can add more types, edit names/prices, or remove types (except the last one).
Ticket types can also be managed later from the Ticket Management → Settings tab.
Skipping This Step
Check "I'll add ticketing details later" to skip. Ticketing can be configured from the Event Dashboard at any time before the event.
