The live schedule lets you follow competition progress in real time from any device. No app download required.
Accessing the Live Schedule
The live schedule is available through the event page or via a direct schedule link shared by the organiser. Once open, the current day's schedule appears with live status indicators.
You can also access the schedule from within any event portal (studio, dancer, or judge) by navigating to the Schedule page.
What You Will See
Every row uses one of four colours, so you can see where the event is at a glance:

What kind of item a row is (performance, break, awards ceremony, Out of section and so on) is shown by its icon and a small grey label, not by its colour. The Schedule Legend at the foot of the page repeats the four colours.
Only my studio: when some rows are yours, an Only my studio switch (Only my sections in the dancer and independent portals) hides everything else and lists just your rows, across every day at once. Your choice is remembered on that device for that event.
For each item, you'll see:
- Current item: The section or event happening right now, highlighted prominently
- Completed items: Shown with a check mark and their actual start/end times
- Upcoming items: Listed with estimated start times that update based on current progress
Use the search bar at the top to filter by entry or section name.
Understanding the Times
| Time Display | Meaning |

| Scheduled time | The originally planned start time |
| Estimated time | Adjusted start time based on current delay or early running |
| Actual time | The real time the item started (shown after it begins) |
If the competition is running behind schedule, estimated times shift later. If it is running ahead, times shift earlier.
Delay Indicator
A delay badge appears at the top of the schedule:
- Orange badge: Running behind schedule (e.g., "12 min behind")
- Blue badge: Running ahead of schedule (e.g., "5 min ahead")
- No badge: On time
Real-Time Updates
The schedule updates automatically in real time. You do not need to refresh the page.
When judges complete scoring a section, the system broadcasts the updated status instantly via a real-time connection. You'll see items move from "In Progress" to "Completed" and estimated times adjust within seconds.
If your device loses the real-time connection (e.g., poor WiFi), the schedule falls back to polling for updates every couple of minutes until the connection is restored.

- Bookmark the schedule link for quick access during the event
- Check estimated times between sections to plan when to be at the venue
- The schedule works on phones, tablets, and computers. No app needed
- No need to pull-to-refresh. Updates arrive automatically
