The Billing page gives you a full view of your event token balance and transaction history.
Accessing Billing
From the Organizer Dashboard, click Billing in the sidebar, or use the quick actions on the dashboard.
Token Balance Tab
Shows your current token balance:
- Small tokens: for events up to 2 days, 150 entries, 200 tickets per day
- Medium tokens: for events up to 3 days, 300 entries, 350 tickets per day
- Large tokens: for events with no day limit, 1,000 entries, 500 tickets per day
- Total available tokens and any tokens granted by Kompdesk
Transactions Tab
A full history of all your token activity:
- Purchases: tokens bought via PayFast, with payment status and date
- Consumed: tokens used to publish events, linked to the event name
- Granted: tokens provisioned by Kompdesk (shown as "Granted by Kompdesk")
Buying More Tokens
Click Buy Tokens to go to the Token Purchase page. See the "Event Tokens and Pricing" article for full details on token tiers and pricing.
Event Payments
Studio fee tracking and payment recording are managed per-event from the Entry Fees page on each Event Dashboard, not from this page.
