After creating your personal account as a Studio Owner, you'll be prompted to create your studio profile. This is a one-time setup that establishes your studio on the platform.
Required Studio Information

Important: The Studio Email must be unique - no other studio can use the same email address.
Your Studio Code (Invite Code)
When your studio is created, the system automatically generates a unique Studio Code:
Code Format: STUDIONAME-XXXX or STUDIO-XXXX
- Based on your studio name (first characters, alphanumeric only)
- Plus a random suffix to ensure uniqueness
- Example:
ACME-1234,DANCE-5678
What the code is used for:
- Dancers use it to link their accounts to your studio
- Identifies your studio entries at competitions
- Permanent - never changes once created
Finding your code:
- Go to your Studio Portal
- Click "Studio Code" in the sidebar menu
- Copy and share with your dancers
After Studio Creation
Once your studio is created, you'll have access to:

- See pending entries and payments
- Quick actions for common tasks
- Upcoming competition dates
Studio Management:
- Add dancers to your roster
- Submit entries for competitions
- Track fees and payments
- Manage studio settings
How Dancers Link to Your Studio
Share your Studio Code with your dancers so they can link their accounts:
- Share your code - Display it in your studio or send via email
- Dancer registers on Kompdesk as "Dancer with Studio"
- Dancer enters your code during registration
- System validates the code and links them to your studio
- Dancer gains access to view their personal schedule and results

- See their scores and placements
- Download their certificates
- Receive notifications about their entries
