Studio Dashboard Overview

Your studio event dashboard at a glance.

Your dashboard is your command center for this competition. It auto-refreshes every 30 seconds to keep you up to date.

Stat Strip

A strip of glanceable totals at the top shows your event status:

CellWhat It Shows
DancersDancers registered for this event
EntriesAll entries your studio has created
VideosOnline events only: videos submitted out of entries
Owed to organiserWhat remains on your bill from the organiser, or "None" when it is settled

Tap any cell to go directly to the relevant page.

Action Items

The dashboard shows alerts when action is needed:

  • No dancers registered: Prompts you to add dancers
  • Dancers but no entries: Prompts you to create entries
  • Draft entries exist: Reminds you to submit them (with count)
  • Owed to the organiser: what remains on your bill from the organiser, with a link to Fees
  • Outstanding from families: what is still to come in from dancers' families, with a link to Dancer accounts. This is your own record and is separate from the bill above.
  • Dancers not checked in: On event day, prompts check-in

Quick Actions

Three quick-action cards for common tasks:

  • Add Dancer: Register a dancer for this event
  • Create Entry: Start a new competition entry
  • View Schedule: See the event schedule

Two Money Pages

The dashboard points at two different pages, and they answer two different questions:

  • Fees is your bill from the organiser: total bill, paid to organiser, still owed to organiser, and the organiser's payment instructions.
  • Dancer accounts is your own record of what each dancer's family has given you toward that dancer's share. The organiser and families never see it.

Money recorded on one page never changes the other.
