The Ticket Management Dashboard gives you full control over ticket sales, orders, complimentary allocations, and capacity for your event.
Accessing the Dashboard
From your Event Dashboard, click Tickets in the sidebar under Event Tools.
Overview Tab
The overview shows key metrics at a glance:
- Total Tickets Sold: paid tickets purchased by spectators
- Total Allocated: complimentary tickets you have issued
- Total Revenue: income from paid ticket sales
- Remaining Capacity: tickets still available
Money figures on this page (the Revenue tile, the amount collected at the door and the shows footer) are masked until you click one. Click to reveal shows them all, and the eye-slash beside the Revenue tile hides them again. Every visit starts hidden, so a helper at the door does not see the takings.
Below the summary cards, a day-by-day breakdown table shows capacity, sold, allocated, remaining, and revenue for each competition day. Click Edit on any day to adjust capacity or pricing.
Orders Tab
View all ticket purchase orders:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Order Number | Unique order identifier |
| Buyer Name/Email | Who placed the order |
| Ticket Count | Number of tickets in the order |
| Total | Amount paid |
| Status | Order status (Paid, Pending, etc.) |
You can resend confirmation emails to buyers from this tab.
Tickets Tab
A filterable list of every individual ticket:
- Ticket number, holder name, day, type, status
- Search and filter by status or day
- Quick view of check-in status
Allocations Tab
Issue complimentary tickets for VIPs, sponsors, volunteers, or staff:
- Click "Create Allocation"
- Fill in the form:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Competition day
- Optional note (e.g., "VIP sponsor")
- Click Submit
Allocated tickets appear in the list below with all details. They function identically to purchased tickets and can be checked in at the door.
Settings tabs
Your ticket settings sit in four tabs next to Orders and Tickets:
- General settings: turn ticketing on or off, the currency, a contact email, a per-buyer ticket limit and what buyers see about remaining tickets
- Payments: how buyers pay
- Ticket types and shows: your shows, and the ticket types sold on them, with prices and quantities
- Policies: your terms and policies, as text or a PDF
Ticket sale dates
A ticket type sells from the moment the event is published until the show's own ticket sales close. To sell one only for a set period, open it under Ticket types and shows, switch off All days under When can it be bought, and set a From date, an Until date, or both.
- An Early Bird price that ends on 31 October at 23:59: set only the Until date and time.
- A Gala ticket that goes on sale from 1 October: set only the From date.
- Blank times mean 00:00 and 23:59, in the event's timezone.
- Under Which shows, choose the shows the type is sold on.
- Sales always stop when the show's own ticket sales close, whatever dates the type has.
Buyers only see a type while it is on sale, and the list shows its date range.
