There are several reasons your scores or results may not be visible yet.
Common Reasons
| Reason | Explanation |

| Results not published | The organiser has not yet released results. Results are published at the organiser's discretion, often after all sections are scored |
| Event still in progress | Scores are typically hidden while the competition is running to prevent influencing later judges or performers |
| Your section has not been scored | Judges may not have finished scoring your section yet |
| Hidden results mode | The organiser may have configured results to be hidden until a specific reveal time (e.g., at the awards ceremony) |
| Event in draft | The event may still be in draft or unpublished status |
When Will Results Be Available?
This depends on the organiser's settings:
- Some events publish results in real-time as sections are scored
- Some events hide results until all scoring is complete
- Some events reveal results at the awards ceremony and publish online afterward
Where to Check
- Dancer Portal → Results page
- Studio Portal → Results page (see all studio entries)
- Public Results → Search by dancer ID (if organiser has enabled public results)
- Live Schedule → May show section completion status
Still Not Showing?
If results should be available but you cannot see them:
- Refresh the page: results may have just been published
- Check with your studio owner. They may have access before individual dancers
- Contact the event organiser: they control when results are published
