Your performance time is determined when the event organiser publishes the competition schedule.
How It Works
- The organiser builds the schedule after entries close
- Entries are arranged into time slots by section
- When the schedule is ready, the organiser publishes it
- You receive an email notification with a link to view the schedule
- Your performance times are visible in your portal's Schedule page
Where to Find Your Schedule
- Dancer Portal → Schedule page (shows only your entries)
- Studio Portal → Schedule page (shows all studio entries)
- Public Schedule Link: shareable link from the organiser (shows all entries, no login required)
- Email notification: includes a direct link to the schedule
What If the Schedule Changes?
- The organiser can update the schedule at any time, including during the event
- The Live Schedule updates in real-time if you keep the page open
- Major changes may trigger additional notifications
- Performance order within a section may shift during the event
Tips
- Check the event information page for expected schedule publication dates
- The schedule is typically published a few days to a week before the event
- If entries have closed and no schedule has been published, contact the organiser
- On event day, use the Live Schedule link for real-time updates
